I loved the variety of groups

I loved the variety of groups. Some are more talking like CBT, Relationships, Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness and others involve creative outlets like art therapy-I had long forgotten that I was creative and making decisions about how to express what I was experiencing through art, gave me a better understanding of myself and made me feel calm. I also liked seeing other group members artwork - helped inspire me to take risks with sharing my feelings differently."I loved the variety of groups.
